Physical viewing is the responsibility of the buyer.
Invoices will not be cancelled after the auction if:
1. The buyer or his/her agent(s) did not view the asset(s) before or during the auction.
2. Assets are removed from the premises by the buyer or his/her agents. By removing the asset(s) the buyer confirms acceptance of the asset(s) in its current condition and thereby concludes the sale.
Items are not tested unless otherwise specified.
All items are sold “voetstoots” or “as is”.
